Laff Hole turns back the clock on Wednesday December 10th for a special edition of Seattle’s  popular alt-comedy show.

Staged as an “Encore presentation from 1988″, all of the comedians will perform as if the show is actually taking place 20 years ago. Big hair, acid washed jeans and Mr. T jokes are expected to be prominent.

Headlining the show will be local writer/performer Paul Merrill. The 36-year old comedian will perform as a 16-year-old “teen sensation” from the 80’s, complete with a  mullet, Kool Moe Dee shades and the type of jokes you’d expect from a teenager in 1988.

“I’m going to try to perform as close to my 16-year-old self as possible (the picture on the poster is an actual photo of Merrill performing back in 1988), so it should be pretty horrifying, ” Merrill warns.

Also scheduled to perform (as their 80’s counterparts) are local favorites Emmett Montgomery, Peter Greyy, Danielle Radford and “Stranger Gong Show” winner Solomon Georgio
