Laff Hole moving to Re-Bar June 20th

Seattle’s most popular comedy show hopes its new home lasts longer than the last one.
Less than a month after moving into the Capitol Hill Arts Center (CHAC), Laff Hole, the critically acclaimed weekly comedy revue produced by the Peoples Republic of Komedy (PROK), is moving to Re-Bar on June 18th.
With the CHAC closing indefinitely on June 15th, the comedians were forced once again to look for a new home for their popular show. Luckily, Re-Bar stepped in and offered them a high-profile venue for Laff Hole.
“Re-Bar has been a great place for comedy, with Get Loweded (a monthly variety show),” says comedian Paul Merrill, one of the producers of Laff Hole. “I think this is going to be a great and, hopefully, permanent home for Laff Hole.”
The inaugural June 18th show will include some of the Northwest’s best young comedians, including Portland’s Andy Wood and PROK founding member Kevin Hyder.
Re-Bar is located in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood (1114 Howell St.). Showtime is 10pm. Tickets are $5 at the door. For more info, call (206) 233-9873.
